Fully Charge the Bottle - Ensure the bottle is fully charged before use by plugging it into a power source using the provided charging cable.
Add Water - Unscrew the bottom cap and fill the bottle with 100ml (around 4 ounces) of distilled or purified drinking water. Tap water is not recommended.
Add Vinegar (Optional) - For enhanced hydrogen production, you can optionally add 100ml of white vinegar along with the water. 
Replace Bottom Cap - Securely screw the bottom cap back on, ensuring it's tightly sealed.
Press Electrolysis Button - Locate the electrolysis button, usually on the bottom cap, and press firmly to begin the 3-minute hydrogen infusion cycle.
Wait for Infusion Cycle - The built-in electrolysis chamber will generate hydrogen gas and infuse it into the water. This rapid cycle takes approximately 3 minutes.
Enjoy Hydrogen-Rich Water - Once the 3-minute infusion is complete, the water is now enriched with an antioxidant hydrogen concentration of around 800-1600 ppb and ready to drink.
Recharge as Needed - The bottle has a rechargeable battery. When running low, simply plug it in using the provided charging cable to recharge.
